With his father-in-law's generous support, Scotty was presented with the perfect opportunity - a bar without food and a few pieces of restaurant equipment. He was determined to create the most flavorful, juiciest burgers around and worked tirelessly to perfect his recipe. 

When their burger joint opened, customers quickly flocked to try Scotty's delicious creations. To his surprise, the place was almost packed to the brim on nights he was grilling! The burger business soon expanded business to everyday and is flourishing. He's incredibly grateful to his father-in-law and the imperial beach community for the incredible opportunity and unwavering support. Who knew that a burger-lover's dream could become a reality?
